Greenhouse Reps is proud to represent Hubert, whose multicultural upbringing and rich life experiences give him a distinctive artistic voice. Growing up with both Eastern and Western influences, he approaches his work with diverse perspectives and aesthetics. After earning his Master's in Documentary Photography at the London College of Communication, Hubert discovered his gift for telling stories through a lyrical visual language.
His project Los Compadres beautifully captures the enduring bond between animals and people in Havana. Despite socioeconomic challenges, the city's residents care for their animal companions with unwavering love and compassion. Hubert's evocative series encourages us to reflect on our relationships with animals and, by extension, with the natural world.
An avid traveler with a passion for 90s hip-hop and a love for sports like basketball and running, Hubert brings his positive and easygoing spirit into every project. He skillfully blends energy, form, and light with his personal experiences to communicate his unique vision of this fascinating world.
