Born in Brazil, Henrique grew up a very free spirit. His earliest memories include walking around his neighborhood hanging out with friends. He believes that he was subconsciously drawn to street culture from this time on, an ever-present theme in his photography. However, photography was not Henrique's first start in the commercial world; he began as a graphic designer. After 7+ years of staring at a computer screen, Henrique picked up a camera and has yet to put it down. His images have graced the pages of Dazed & Confused, V Magazine, Rolling Stone, Out, ESPN, The Wire, Women's Health, and Wired. Clients love his raw, authentic style, energetic work ethic, and desire to tell stories through his images.

Henrique currently lives in Concord, NH (greater Boston area), and is available for commissioned work worldwide.
